Spent a few nights in here during a week's stay at a nearby cottage.  Made to feel very welcome by owners, bar staff and the locals... even asked to join their cheese night ! Absolutely hidden gem of a resturant

Lovely Sunday lunch

Amazing Food and Service!
We arrived at the Wheel Inn late on a Friday evening after arriving at our weekend break, greeted by Sue the landlady, she couldn’t have been most hospitable. We visited again on Saturday eve, again we were greeted with the best hospitality (we were even sent some some free home chips from the chef!!) the locals were welcoming and friendly. We then popped in again for Sunday Lunch. It was the best Sunday Lunch we have ever had. The food was plentiful, all cooked to perfection.We couldn’t recommend the Wheel Inn enough! Excellent Sunday Lunch
Four of us had Sunday lunch and what a lunch it was!! Huge portions, delicious meat and veg and the most enormous Yorkshire puddings ever. Managed to squeeze in a delightful pudding and couldn’t eat anything else until the following day. Staff very friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble.
